What is a phone theme?
A phone theme is a file that you install into your mobile handset to enable you to alter the look of your mobile phone's user interface. The appearance of your mobile phone's icons, wallpapers, backgrounds, colors, etc. can be changed when you replace your mobile phone themes.

What is the difference between a phone theme and an MMS wallpaper or screensaver?
Similar to computers' wallpapers and screensavers, MMS wallpapers and screensavers appear only on the front screen of your mobile phone. Wallpapers serve as background images, while screensavers appear when cell phone are idle or not in use. Both do not alter the background, color, icons or overall appearance of the user interface of the phone.
Phone themes do. A phone theme retains your phone's background image and that image appears on the various menus of your cell phone. A phone theme retains the look of your cell phone's icons, colors and background, unless you switch to a different theme. In this case, the new theme will alter the overall look of your phone's overall graphic user interface. Note, that only the graphic user interface is being altered by a phone theme and not its various functions.

Can I use my phone theme file for other handsets?
Almost all of our phone themes can run on all handsets. Moreover, we ask for user's mobile phone model prior to submitting a personalized phone theme order or downloading from our library.
Knowing a customer's mobile handset model allows us to create and deliver phone themes for his handset.

How will the phone theme I ordered be delivered?
Please note that both personalized and ready-made phone themes are downloadable into your mobile via WAP. To activate your GPRS/WAP settings, please contact your service provider.

How do I install the phone theme that I bought into my mobile phone?
Both ready-made themes and personalized themes are delivered directly to your mobile via WAP. The files will be automatically installed to your handset upon completion of downloading.

I deleted a phone theme that I bought from you. I want to have it reinstalled. How can I do this?
Please send us an email. However, the file will be sent to you by email and not by GPRS. You just have to install it to your phone yourself using an infrared port, cable or blue tooth dongle.

How long will it take for the phone theme that I ordered to be sent to me?
If you only ordered ready made themes, you will get them as soon as your credit card transaction has been cleared. Clearing your credit card online while during the course of purchasing a ready-to-download theme from MyFoneThemes.com may take a few minutes only.
If you ordered a personalized or customized theme, we will try to deliver it in two (2) business days (Monday to Friday, except public holidays).
