MyFoneThemes Email Subscription Policy

Contact Frequency

Your positive experience with our email subscription program is our priority. Therefore, in addition to sending you only the types of communications you have opted-in to receive, we also regulate the number of times we will email you within these designated preferences. You will be emailed no more than THREE times per monthly calendar. This means that you may receive three email communications relevant to your subscription interests during a calendar month.

How Email Subscription works

You can opt-in to receive email updates when you sign on to SUBSCRIBE tool, and also upon opting to receive news and updates during registration. Upon completion of registration and receipt of permission from the user to receive the news, updates and other types of email communications, Myfonethemes will communicate to you only relevant mobile themes promos, announcements and information.

Opting out of Email Subscription

To opt-out of receiving all or part of the email communications that you have expressly requested do one of the following:

* From an email you receive from Myfonethemes, click on the Unsubscribe link and you will be unsubscribed from all future email communications in our program.
* On the Myfonethemes.com site, for existing members, click on Update Profile, and you will be able to immediately update your Subscription Preferences. You may also click on the Unsubscribe link and you will be unsubscribed from all future email communications in our program.
* Send an Email to: customersupport@myfonethemes.com and indicate that you would like to unsubscribe.

Email Delivery Engine

MyFoneThemes uses a third party to execute email communications, and this third party abides by strict privacy and anti-SPAM guidelines. Their privacy policy conforms to MyFoneThemes privacy guidelines.

Email Fraud Security Notice
MyFoneThemes does not permit:

* Spamming: sending unsolicited advertising to those with whom Myfonethemes does not have an existing business relationship; posting off-topic advertising in newsgroups.
* Spoofing: using a return email address that is not the sender’s valid reply address; sending an email message that does not contain enough information to enable the recipient to identify the sender.
* Trolling: posting controversial messages in newsgroups to generate responses
* Mail Bombing: Inundating a user with email without any serious intent to correspond; sending large or multiple files to a user.
